Procurement Manager (Indirects)
London (2/3 days per week)

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum
JSS Search are working with a well known retail/hospitality business to hire a Procurement Manager to own their indirect spend.
About the Role
As the Procurement Manager (Indirects), you’ll lead the sourcing and management of multiple key indirect categories across several UK & Europe. You'll identify opportunities, deliver cost efficiencies, manage commercial relationships, and support strategic procurement initiatives across a multi-site, multi-country operation.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, provide insight-driven decision support, and ensure strong supplier partnerships that drive long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage major indirect spend categories: including soft FM, IT, and other GNFR categories.
* Support procurement activity across the UK and Europe
* Lead and project-manage changes, driving efficiency and minimising operational disruption
* Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to influence category performance
* Analyse business data to identify insights, trends, risks, and opportunities
* Monitor market conditions to drive innovation and category development
* Support ongoing improvement of procurement processes and procedures
* Negotiate commercial and contractual agreements, partnering closely with Legal
* Promote a culture of cost control and long-term savings
What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of strategic procurement, category management, and commercial risk
* A solid network within key indirect categories
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insight
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to influence at all levels
* Experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts
