Paralegal – Commercial Property (Networks)
Company: Geldards LLP – Nottingham office, Permanent Full Time.
Geldards LLP is recruiting for a Paralegal in our Networks (Commercial Property) team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a large national client, take responsibility for a caseload, interact directly with clients and manage a file throughout its lifecycle. Working Monday to Friday (9am‑5pm) in a supportive, collaborative environment with supportive solicitors including Partner Jay Atubra.
Responsibilities
* Process conveyancing procedures related to client matters using the Case Management System with guidance from Team Manager and colleagues, through to completion.
* Liaise with clients, primarily over the phone, to build long‑lasting working relationships.
* Deal courteously and promptly with instructions or queries arising.
* Prepare any relevant legal documentation relating to the transaction.
* Gain an understanding of client-specific structures and working practices.
* Perform other reasonable duties commensurate with the grade and post.
Qualifications
* Law degree.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure with high attention to detail.
* Strong team player with initiative and self‑motivation.
* Good personal organisation skills and ability to adhere to time limits and prioritise work.
* Ability to project a professional image and deal confidently with clients.
