Looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Miller for our facility in Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and capable CNC Programmer/Miller, who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm Essential Requirements Must be time served with post qualification experience in a technical machining background Ability to program HAAS, Heidenhain or Fanuc controls. Experience & understanding in machining of fabrications. Experience in machining 1 offs & Small batches of parts. Highest standards of Health, Safety and Quality is essential Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings, understand drawing symbols and deliver conforming parts. · Working with various materials including exotic grade alloys A detailed understanding of engineering drawing, tooling selection, work holding & cutting strategy is essential A good communicator at all levels, with the ability to integrate and support a successful teamHourly Rate £17.71 - £18.21 per hour, weekly pay.
