The Operations Coordinator (Building and Facilities) plays a crucial role in Studio Voltaire’s Operations team, providing support in all aspects of the operational, facilities, administrative and financial management of our organisation and its building in Clapham.
Under the direction of the Head of Finance and Operations and General Manager, the Operations Coordinator (Building and Facilities) works to guarantee the smooth running of the organisation’s operational processes and procedures, ensuring that our building is safe, compliant and well-maintained for its visitors, studio holders, partners and staff.
This is an exciting and dynamic position, working in tandem with our Operations Coordinator (Visitor Experience) to collaborate in providing a wide range of operational support functions across the organisation, supporting key stakeholders, including our onsite restaurant partner Crispin.
* Duration: 1 year, fixed-term with potential to extend
* Hours: Part-time, 4 days per week. Working days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and alternate Saturday/Sunday, from 10.30 am–6.30 pm
* Salary: £29,400 per annum pro rata
