The role involves a broad range of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children's issues, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation, and separation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle their own caseload and work with limited support, demonstrating a strong understanding of family law practice and procedure. As a member of Resolution, the firm expects its solicitors to adopt a resolution-based approach to resolving family disputes.
