In this varied role, you'll carry out tasks such as gutter cleaning, basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and general repairs. You'll work as part of a supportive team, ensuring homes are safe, warm, and well-maintained, while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Specifically, in the role you will:
1. Undertake full removal and disposal of items, including full fitted kitchens and wardrobes, attic space and conservatories; de-nail and decking when required. This may involve exposure to rodents, bodily fluids and other hazards.
2. Undertake preliminary visual fault and defect inspection and feedback to line manager.
