Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker (RSW) to join our team in Burford, England. In this role you will support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them achieve their best outcomes.


Responsibilities

* Take care of our young people day to day, ensuring they are up and ready for school, helping with homework, completing paperwork and planning activities.
* Provide support during evenings and weekends, organising fun activities such as games, film days or sporting events.
* Work with the care team to maintain a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all residents.
* Complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate records as per care protocols.
* Participate in a 4‑week induction on our Care Academy to build confidence and skills.


Qualifications

* Positive, team‑oriented attitude and a willingness to help others.
* Honesty, empathy and a commitment to caring for young people.
* Resilience to manage challenging situations.
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). If you do not yet hold this qualification, we will pay for you to study and support you every step of the way.

* Salary: £29,034 – £35,400 (plus bonuses and allowances).
* Up to 4 paid sleep‑ins per month – £80 each (≈£3,840 per year).
* Attendance Allowance – £1,400.
