Salary for the role is up to £26,500 p/a. Main duties include:
* Maintain exceptional service to customers by email and telephone
* Receive orders from customers and accurately record them on the database
* Process refunds and coordinate with logistics
* Booking transport for despatch
* Maintenance of client databases
* Ensure health and safety compliance
What you'll need to succeed
* Educated to A Level Standard or equivalent
* Customer service knowledge and experience is essential
* IT skills - SAP essential
* Experience of sales processing
* Exceptional communication skills
* Highly organised
* Resilience
* Ability to work well in a high-paced environment
