Monday to Friday, 9am–5.15pm, 36.25 hours per week
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will take the lead on developing and owning the Handepay brand and how it is delivered across all channels, supporting with the production of creative assets (print, digital and video production) which aid the execution of the marketing campaigns for the Handepay brand.
As part of a small in-house team, you will be receiving requests from all areas of the business and will be proficient in delivering high-quality output each and every time.
The Responsibilities
* Define and evolve the brand strategy for Handepay, ensuring clear positioning, differentiation and a compelling value proposition.
* Lead the development of a new brand tone of voice for our mid-market offering, ensuring it is consistently applied across all marketing, sales and customer-facing touchpoints.
* Be the brand champion and guardian for Handepay, developing, owning and maintaining our brand guidelines and core assets used across the business.
* Develop and deliver a brand awareness plan to drive recognition and affinity in key markets.
* Work closely with the Head of Handepay Marketing, MD of Cards and the wider Handepay leadership team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that engage and excite in order to attract and retain customers for the Handepay brand.
* Provide creative direction and leadership, ensuring all creative outputs support the brand strategy and deliver high-quality execution.
* Oversee end-to-end creative processes, from concepting to production, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
* Develop creative frameworks and templates that support scale, consistency and efficiency across the business.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, CX, and Digital teams to ensure the brand experience is consistent from marketing through to customer onboarding and usage.
* Working to tight deadlines, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
About You
* A strong portfolio showing brand identity, creative campaign ideas and conceptual thinking, preferably across large integrated campaigns.
* Highly adaptable with proven ability to set, interpret and apply brand guidelines
* Experienced in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Dreamweaver) and meticulous attention to detail.
* Experience in Video/Photo production for web and social.
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi task
Advantageous Experience
* Experience of UX design apps such as Figma / XD.
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365
* Umbraco Knowledge or working with a CMS would be useful.
* Experience creating web pages and emails using HTML and CSS
