Job Description
Assistant Team Leader Role & Responsibilities
* To be a Assistant Team Leader of Customer Service Department
* Provide effective solutions to enquiries/ complaints from CS frontline staff and customers within a predefined time frame in a professional manner
* Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc
* Monitor team performance and report on metrics
* Address customer complaints and escalate to Customer Service Supervisor when needed
* Frequently attend training sessions to improve knowledge and cascade to the team-members
* Ensure compliance with company standards
* Communicate job expectations and coach employees
Requirements & Qualifications
Assistant Team Leader Requirements & Qualifications
* Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years’ customer services experience
* Decent written and verbal ways of responding
* Proactive, analytical, independent, service-oriented and possess good communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
* Proficiency in Chinese word processing & MS Office is essential
* Excellent service manner, self-motivated, detailed-minded and willing to work under pressure
