Job Description
The key purpose of your role is to deliver the hotel’s annual revenue budget for ‘Conferences and Events’; ensuring that the customer experience from enquiry to invoice is exceptional. Deliverables:
• Promotes, sells and controls the conference and events spaces available in the hotel.
• Responsible for the full sales cycle, from client enquiry, negotiating, contracting, up- selling, creating, and managing the Banquet Event Order to delivery of the event, as well as post event billings, follow-up and rebooking.
• Maintains company procedures relating to credit, health and safety, and provides all relevant departments with the necessary information to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supporting the Director of Groups, Conference and Events with the running of the G,C&E Team.
