Employee discounts Free on-site parking 20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays Company Canteen Private medical insurance Key Responsibilities: Replenishing, fulfilling, and processing spare part orders Picking and packing orders to a high standard Processing and logging spare part and bulk returns Updating stock levels and maintaining accurate system records Receiving and inspecting deliveries, checking against delivery notes Monitoring product analysis and identifying recurring issues Maintaining Service Centre day-to-day SLA and KPI targets Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance on returned/damaged goods Providing a clean bench spare parts picking and packing service Keeping accurate records using PC systems and Microsoft packages Maintaining excellent knowledge of the product range Ensuring PPE is worn and health & safety standards are followed Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe We are looking for someone who is: Logical and methodical in their approach Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident using a PC, including Microsoft packages (essential) Comfortable updating systems and handling data accurately Proactive with a “see it through” attitude to task completion A good communicator who works well independently and in a team Committed to maintaining high standards and safe working practices Desirable (but not essential) Forklift Truck Licence First Aid at Work qualification Job Ref: HR1 Hollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
