What you'll be doing
* Act as the HR Assistant, ensuring a strong talent development plan is in place.
* Assist with marketing duties.
* Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business plans, vision, and values.
* Measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
* Seek ways to improve the efficiency of L&D activities using innovative technology.
* Serve as the main contact for all HR queries.
* Ensure HR policies are in place.
* Assist in creating marketing campaigns.
* Create and implement client and candidate surveys.

What you will need
* A 2:1 or above in your degree (or equivalent).
