Supervising the front-of-house team during service Supporting restaurant management with daily operations Ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to brand standards Training, mentoring, and supporting team members to build confidence and capability Managing guest feedback and resolving service challenges professionally Supporting reservations management, section planning, and floor organisation Assisting with stock control, cash handling, and service preparation Helping to maintain a positive, motivated team culture What Do You Need? Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong service knowledge and confidence managing busy shifts Ability to remain calm, organised, and professional under pressure Passion for hospitality, people development, and guest experience Why join White Rabbit Projects?
