Candidate Requirements
* Social Work qualified
* Experience of Pathway planning and pathway plan review meetings
* Experience with keeping in touch visits and recording these
* Use of Liquid Logic
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance
* Attendance at reflective group supervision
* Completion of risk assessments and coordination of the team around a care leaver
* Support the team manager in progressing pathway planning for separated young people
* Openness to monthly case supervision involving reflection
