We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate financial records using recognised accounting software such as Sage
* Process and monitor accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
* Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports as required.
* Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims.
* Maintain organised filing systems for all financial documents and records.
* Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within a professional environment.
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage is essential.
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management.
* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
