Our centre offers a fully equipped gym, a wide range of fitness classes, a swimming pool, steam room, and sauna, providing our members with everything they need to support their physical and mental wellbeing.Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivatedFitness Advisorto join our friendly and professional team. You will play a key role in supporting members to achieve their health and fitness goals through expert guidance, motivation, and ongoing support.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct fitness assessments and evaluations to establish members' current fitness levels and set achievable goals.Design and deliver tailored fitness programs to meet individual needs and objectives.Demonstrate safe and effective exercise techniques and provide ongoing coaching and encouragement.Offer advice on nutrition and general lifestyle habits to support overall wellbeing.Contribute to group classes and gym floor engagement activities.Ensure the gym, pool, and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members.Skills and AttributesStrong understanding of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and training principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed.Ability to adapt workouts for individuals of varying abilities and fitness levels.Proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.QualificationsLevel 2 Fitness InstructorWhy Join Us?Supportive and professional team environmentAccess to state-of-the-art facilitiesOpportunities for continued professional developmentContribution to an organisation committed to staff wellbeing
