Description
Due to our continued success and increased demand, and to ensure we are able to maintain our excellent service levels during periods of absence or leave, we are recruiting an Experienced Conveyancer to join our dynamic team as a Cover Conveyancer. Working within a small cohort of other Cover Conveyancers you will provide legal advice and assistance to clients whilst maintaining an excellent level of customer service at all times whilst the Fee Earner of the caseload is on leave. Full training will be provided as well as continuous support from Conveyancing Managers, Background Teams, and the Legal Director to succeed in your role.
On a daily basis this will involve:
 * Support: Provide support and cover conveyancers who are absent and on leave to ensure their case load is managed and transactions continue to be progressed to exchange and completion.
 * Client Communication: Deal effectively with clients and introducers both over the telephone and in email to provide advice and assistance to them in relation to residential property matters in accordance with Company protocol using a bespoke CMS system.
 * Achievements of Targets: Continuously achieve individual and team targets in relation to customer service, number of exchanges, timelines, and average fees.
 * Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues in background teams and our introducers to ensure a positive experience for all clients and to secure our ongoing commercial relationships.
The Individual
To be considered for this role, your CV should clearly demonstrate the following:
 * Technical legal knowledge of land law and the conveyancing process.
 * Demonstrable conveyancing experience including both freehold and leasehold titles.
 * Previous experience of managing own caseload in a fee earning role, ideally in a volume conveyancing practice.
 * Ability to work in a targeted based environment and continuously deliver against agreed KPIs and targets.
 * Exceptional customer service and relationship building experience.
 * Proficiency with CMS systems and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
