Location: Boxx Fitness Studio, South Woodford (London E18)
Hours: 28–32 hours/week (some early mornings or evenings required)
Salary: up to £33,500 pro-rata depending on experience

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Part-Time Studio Manager. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, trainer coordination, and in-studio flow — playing a vital role in delivering a consistent and memorable member experience.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys team leadership, and takes pride in supporting both staff and clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing daily operations, studio standards, and team support
* Managing cover for freelance trainers and facilitating smooth communication
* Supporting customer experience, seasonal activations, and key retention touch points
* Running basic stock checks, ordering, and maintenance oversight
* Collaborating on lead follow-up, class occupancy, and monthly reporting
You’ll Be Great If You…
* Experience: 2+ years in a management role, ideally within the fitness/wellness industry.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
* Sales-Driven: A strong record of achieving business goals and growing memberships.
* People-Centric: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, engaging style.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems; familiarity with Mindbody, or similar is a plus.
* Flexible: Willing to work early mornings, one weekend day, and occasional evenings to meet member needs.
