Full-time, site-based with travel across Europe (up to 50%, especially in the first 6 months during handover)
Key Responsibilities Lead supplier development activities, from NPI through to ongoing quality and capacity improvement. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards (IATF16949, ISO9001). Work with suppliers to improve casting processes and implement quality tools and techniques. Analyse data and trends using Microsoft Office and Power BI to support decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver best outcomes and continuous improvements. Travel within Europe (up to 50%) to support supplier sites and build strong relationships. Essential Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of casting processes. Proven audit capability. Familiarity with quality tools and techniques. On-the-job engineering experience (degree not required). Desirable Automotive industry experience (aerospace considered). Understanding of IATF16949 or ISO9001 processes. Experience with general engineering practices and supplier quality management.
