You'll be working in a variety of our partner schools on a supply basis, lending a helping hand where it's needed most. Your day-to-day will involve supporting students and teachers to create a safe and welcoming space. The best part? What We Need From You:
* A minimum of three months of recent experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
* Some experience working with SEMH students.
* A friendly, patient, and resilient personality.
* Great communication skills and a talent for building relationships.
