Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of high‑quality Workwear and PPE solutions, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join the business during an exciting period of product and market development.
As a key member of the commercial department, you will lead the marketing team and help shape the company's overall marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and ensuring consistent, impactful communication across all channels. You'll be joining a supportive, fast‑paced environment where initiative and creativity are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team, ensuring high-quality output across all activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to build and execute a unified marketing strategy aligned with company goals and values.
Monitor and analyse KPIs linked to brand perception, awareness and engagement.
Manage internal and external resources to deliver high-quality content for websites, social media and trade publications.
Plan and lead photoshoots, working with product teams and photographers to create strong marketing assets.
Partner with the Digital Manager to maximise SEO performance through engaging, industry-focused content.
Ensure the CRM system effectively supports integrated, below‑the‑line campaigns.
Research end-user needs and create demand-generation programmes, tracking results through CRM.
Develop and manage point-of-sale (POS) programmes to enhance product visibility at distributor trade counters.
Maintain all marketing brochures, documents and collateral, ensuring alignment with key industry verticals.
Plan and oversee trade events aligned with commercial objectives.
Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign ROI. About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A professional qualification, degree or master's in Marketing.
Proven experience leading a successful marketing team.
Strong B2B marketing experience with the ability to create engaging, integrated campaigns.
Excellent creative, communication and copywriting skills (particularly for a B2B audience).
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
