* Day-to-day administrative support across project & procurement functions
* Document control, purchase order processing, & supplier communications
* Maintain accurate records & ensure smooth workflow across departments
* Support internal teams with general office tasks & coordination duties
Skills and Experience
* Strong administrative skills with previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail & the ability to manage competing priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office & confident working with internal systems
* A flexible, team-oriented approach & a proactive attitude
