Driver Hire are currently recruiting for a 7.5T driver for our client based in Wellingborough on a Temp to Perm basis.
The role:
1. Delivery of customer products to clients across the UK
2. Approximately 1 – 5 deliveries per day
3. No handball required as most deliveries will be lifted off by FLT or Crane
4. Attention detail to ensure correct product is delivered
5. Fragile items so care to be taken when delivering
6. Ensuring POD’s (Proof of Deliveries) are completed at each customer
Shift pattern & Pay
Mon -Fri
07:00am start onwards
Minimum 8-hour shift, some longer days if busy
£13.50ph PAYE (Accrued holiday pay)
£15.13ph PAYE Adv (including holiday)
12 weeks Temp to Perm
Skills / qualifications
Valid C1 licence (7.5T)
Valid Tachograph & CPC
No more than 6 Points or Major Offences
Minimum of 12 months 7.5T driving experience
