The Role - What You'll Be Doing
As the IT Hardware, Logistics & Procurement Manager, you will:
·Lead the IT Hardware team, mentoring, developing and supporting staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
·Oversee procurement and vendor management, including contracts, negotiations, KPIs, SLAs and quarterly reviews
·Ensure all hardware - from servers and WiFi routers to EPoS systems and card machines - is configured, tested and ready for deployment
·Manage RMA workflows, hardware lifecycle refreshes, replacements and reverse logistics
·Work closely with Field Engineers to deliver new store openings, refits and equipment projects on time
·Maintain rigorous stock and warehouse control for all hardware, ensuring compliance with company standards
·Identify and test new hardware to support future technology needs and process improvements
·Collaborate with senior leadership to implement process improvements and shape IT hardware operations
This role is fully office-based due to its hands-on responsibilities in the technical lab and logistics operation. Occasional site visits may be required.
