Residential Property Solicitor/ILEX/CLC // Bedfordshire // hybrid working arrangements. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential property lawyer to join a well-established national law firm with a strong reputation for client service and career development.

\nOur client is keen to speak with a confident and commercially minded residential property specialist (Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC with at least 2 years' experience or equivalent) to manage a busy caseload. You will handle a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

\n\n
\n\t
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n\t
* Remortgages and equity release transactions
\n\t
* Shared ownership matters
\n\t
* New build purchases
\n\t
* Help to Buy transactions
\n\t
* Lease extensions and variations
\n\t
* Transfers of equity
\n\t
* Matrimonial transfers
\n\t
* Title investigations and reporting
\n\n\n
\nIn addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you will play an active role in supporting junior team members, developing local business relationships, and identifying opportunities to cross-refer work across the wider firm. The successful candidate will have:

* Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
\n\t
* Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
\n\t
* The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent client care and communication skills
\n\t
* Local market knowledge and an understanding of the Bedfordshire property market
\n\t
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
