1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs, assisting them in overcoming barriers to learning.
2. Implement individualized support plans, tailored to the unique needs and abilities of each student.
3. Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social and emotional well-being.
4. Collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments.
