Registered Children's Home Manager - Crewe
Salary: Up to £60,000 Package
Are you an experienced and compassionate leader ready to build a brand‑new service from the ground up? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager to launch a 4‑bedded residential care home in Crewe. This is a unique opportunity to shape a supportive, therapeutic environment for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish a New Home: Lead the launch, registration, and daily operations, creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment from day one.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, build, and mentor a skilled staff team to provide effective, person‑centered support.
* Quality & Compliance: Formally register with Ofsted and take full responsibility for ensuring the home consistently meets all regulatory standards and company policies.
* Individualised Care: Oversee the development of tailored care plans, ensuring every young person achieves positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in a children's residential care setting.
* Qualifications: Minimum of a Level3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
* Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is essential.
