Salary £45,000 to £55,000 plus Benefits
Shift Pattern- Monday to Friday- Double Days
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement a robust preventative maintenance strategy to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met, creating a safe working environment for all.
- Maintain and improve housekeeping standards across engineering workshops and sites.
- Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with company processes and commitments.
- Keep detailed and accurate maintenance records to support operational excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to enhance team performance and relationships.
- Provide training and support to the maintenance team to develop technical skills and reduce machine downtime.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in planned preventative maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Apprentice trained Engineer with an electrical bias or Multi Skilled
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a methodical approach to documentation.
