What We Offer
* The start date of employment will be: June 2025
* This role has a starting salary of £26,400 per annum; final offer will be made based on skills and experience.
* Full-time: 39 hours working 5 days per week. Shifts will be flexible to accommodate store projects and will include occasional night shifts and weekend work.

What You'll Need to Have
* Experience working as a Visual Merchandiser in retail.
* Knowledge of design software such as Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is essential.
* An interest in home furnishings, design, and understanding how people live, with the ability to generate new ideas to inspire customers.
* A practical approach, comfortable working with various hand tools, and at heights.
* A collaborative approach, encouraging feedback from stakeholders and taking relevant actions.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
* Using visual merchandising skills to showcase the IKEA identity through range presentation solutions in the store, considering store layout, range presentation, and vitality.
* Understanding the local market to plan and implement relevant, inspiring, affordable, and commercial range presentation solutions that reflect diverse styles and meet customer expectations.
* Collaborating with the Commercial & In team and other functions to exploit commercial opportunities and understand the impact on financial results.
* Working with the commercial calendar to implement range changes.
