We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client's busy packaging team based in Ely. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering the chance to secure a long-term position with a growing and supportive business. Rotating Weekly Shifts (39 hours per week): * Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 2:00pm | Friday, 5:00am – 12:00pm * Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm | Friday, 12:00pm – 7:00pm Overtime * Saturday (6:00am – 12:00pm): Time and a Half * Sunday (6:00am – 12:00pm): Double Time Key Responsibilities * Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, hygiene, and housekeeping. * Follow production specifications and work instructions accurately. * Ensure materials are available and production runs efficiently. * Assist with machine set-ups and production changeovers. * Stack, prepare, and move pallets to the required standard. * Support cleaning and basic maintenance activities. * Report any mechanical faults or production issues promptly. * Minimise waste and use resources efficiently. * Contribute to quality improvements and operational efficiencies. * Work positively and effectively as part of the production team.
