Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer obsessed people, and we're looking for an Estates Assistant to engage with all existing mast holders and assist in agreeing wayleaves.

Here's why you'll love this role…
* Assist with license, lease and code powers agreements and monitor tenancy agreements.
* Help ensure all existing agreements are current, signed, and include appropriate review dates.
* Assist with checks and maintenance repairs
* Submit planning applications and track progress via the planning portal.
* Assess and support the execution of code powers for new builds.
* Identify new sites and landowners, and assist with site closures as needed.

* Experience with wayleaves and licenses; code powers experience is preferred.
* Understanding of local planning policies and procedures.
* Strong industry and competitor knowledge.
* Proficient in IT, including MS Office; Visio/CAD experience desirable.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
