Location
Rutherglen High School, South Lanarkshire.
Hours & Salary
28 hours per week. Salary: Main Grade Teacher Salary, £33,532 – £42,091 per year.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery of the curriculum.
* Contribute to whole‑school initiatives.
* Carry out the range of duties outlined in Annexe B of "A Teaching Profession for the 21st Century".
Qualifications & Requirements
* Registered with GTC Scotland (General Teaching Council (Scotland)) or willing to register.
* Must hold or be willing to obtain the required Overseas Criminal Records Check where applicable.
* Receipt of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 2003 exemption and Registration with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act, 2007.
* Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check before a formal offer.
