Position: Resource Controller

Key Responsibilities
- Taking incoming phone calls and recording accurate information.
- Managing information about additional trades/materials needed after repair diagnosis.
- Entering and maintaining details in the IT system, ensuring its fitness.
- Building ongoing relationships with team members and operatives to create a positive working environment.
- Ensuring operatives are aware of system or health‑and‑safety flags and relevant asbestos information before accessing a property.

- Flexible and able to work as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service in all situations.
- Willingness to adapt and maintain a flexible approach.
- Strong IT skills and effective use of communication tools (phone, computer, face‑to‑face).
- Ability to take initiative in varying and demanding circumstances.
