Head of Year – South Birmingham This excellent secondary school in South Birmingham is seeking an experienced and committed Head of Year to lead on pastoral care, behaviour, attendance, and student progress across year 10. This is an exciting role within the school’s pastoral structure and would suit someone with previous experience as a Head of Year or Pastoral Lead who is passionate about supporting students through an important stage of their education. As Head of Year, you will play a vital role in ensuring students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally as they work towards their GCSE courses.
