Salary: £32,916–£45,351 per annum (dependent on experience/qualifications)

About the role
Heart of Supply is proud to be recruiting a dedicated and creative Year 1 Teacher on behalf of a vibrant and nurturing primary school in Lincoln, where children are encouraged to flourish.
This full-time role starts in September 2025 and is ideal for a teacher who brings strong structure, a warm and imaginative approach, and a genuine passion for early education. As a Year 1 Teacher you will play a key role in laying the foundations for lifelong learning, inspiring curiosity, building confidence, and creating a classroom where it’s safe to explore, question and grow.

What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Recent experience teaching in KS1 (minimum 6 weeks in a UK primary school)
* A nurturing, child-centred approach with high expectations for learning and behaviour
* The ability to plan inclusive, engaging lessons that support a range of learners
* Excellent communication and the confidence to build strong relationships quickly
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for early years education
