Our client is a rapidly growing personal care brand taking the industry by storm, globally.
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support on their brands social media pages, with a passion monitoring emerging global trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Track and report on emerging ingredient trends, new textures, formats, and market innovations
* across beauty and personal care categories
* Monitor global market launches using platforms such as Mintel, WGSN, or Beautystreams
* Analyze competitor activity and consumer behavior to support new product ideas
* Manage social media pages for our brands
* Support development of marketing assets including concept decks, trend reports, and product
* launch presentations
* Help align innovation concepts with brand positioning and consumer needs
* Liaise with graphic design and digital teams to contribute to marketing material creation
Requirements:
* 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role within the personal care or cosmetics industry
* Passion for beauty, wellness, and personal care trends
* Strong research skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
* Solid understanding of product development processes and timelines
* Confident communicator with good organizational and project management skills
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and ideally experience with trend databases or market insight
* platforms
