The RFP team helps to acquire new business by responding to investment proposals from potential clients (including central banks, pension funds, insurance companies and distributors) using a project management approach. 
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Content Manager to join our RFP & Consultant Database team. You will play a pivotal role in managing, updating, and creating high-quality content within our content management system, Loopio. With a passion for content excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) you will be central to transforming how we approach RFPs and DDQs. Your role
Reporting to Head of International RFPs and Consultant Databases, you will be accountable for the following:
 1. Content Management:
o Create, update, review, and maintain content in the Loopio content management system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
o Ensure all content is optimized for AI-driven drafting and retrieval processes.
 2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Take a primary role in coordinating responses to RFPs and DDQs when input in required from across the business. 
o Establish effective working relationships with other team members across London, Geneva, New York and Zurich as well as with other Pictet Asset Management and Pictet staff globally.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the business.
o In a collaborative setting, coordinate and secure signoffs for content reviews and updates from key stakeholders.
 3. AI Integration: 
o With a mindset geared towards future AI adoption, spearhead the development of content with AI and LLMs in mind, ensuring it is structured and tagged for seamless AI utilization.
o Drive AI enabled change within the RFP team; collaborate with the team to explore and implement AI-driven solutions for drafting RFP and DDQ responses.
o Use external networks, conferences, etc to keep the team up to date about relevant advancements in AI and LLMs, continually identifying opportunities to enhance team workflows and content quality.
Your profile
 4. Proven experience in content management, preferably within the financial services or asset management industry.
 5. Proficiency in using content management systems (experience with Loopio is an advantage).
 6. Basic understanding of AI and LLMs, with a willingness to deepen expertise in these areas.
 7. Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
