We're looking for a
Senior Sales Closer
to join our small but ambitious team. This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll
own the full sales cycle
— from prospecting and outreach through to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
You won't just be making calls. You'll be:
* Turning first conversations into signed agreements.
* Building trust quickly and positioning Rooost as the go-to partner for workforce accommodation.
* Winning new business consistently through persistence, creativity, and proven closing skills.

— £50,000 base plus commission and bonus (uncapped) OTE £90,000 per annum with huge future growth past this.

Responsibilities
* Proactively prospect, qualify, and
close new business opportunities
* Deliver compelling sales pitches and tailored proposals
* Negotiate contracts and secure long-term partnerships
* Manage and grow your pipeline, keeping CRM accurate and up to date
* Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Represent Rooost at meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities

What We're Looking For
* A
seasoned sales professional
with a proven track record in closing new business
* Highly confident and resilient when handling cold outreach and objections
* Consultative in your approach, but always focused on the close
* Self-sufficient, organised, and driven to exceed expectations
* Excellent at building rapport, trust, and long-term relationships
* Experience in B2B sales (workforce solutions, SaaS, recruitment, travel, or related industries a bonus)
