We are actively seeking a highly motivated Building Surveyor with recognised qualifications at RICS Level 2 and Level 3 to join our dynamic team. Complete Inspection Surveyors is a well-established independent residential surveying company based in Oxfordshire. Regulated by RICS, we provide a range of professional services including RICS Level 2 Surveys, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, and non-lending RICS Valuation Reports for private clients across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.
Unlike larger corporate firms, we believe outstanding surveying comes from quality, not volume. We take pride in giving our surveyors the time and support needed to deliver thorough, detailed reports and genuinely excellent customer service - without unrealistic workloads or pressure-driven targets.
While many corporate surveyors are expected to complete 7+ inspection points per day, our surveyors typically undertake around 5 points daily. This allows time to properly inspect properties, produce high-quality reports, and maintain a healthy work/life balance. We also recognise that surveying is not just about time spent on-site. When workloads build following busy inspection periods, we support our surveyors with dedicated admin time from home to focus on report writing and maintain quality, rather than applying unnecessary pressure to increase volume.
We work exclusively with private clients and have built a strong local reputation based on professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care, reflected in our 1,000+ 5-star Google reviews.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced RICS Surveyor who shares our commitment to quality and client service.
