We’re hiring to nurture future finance talent and support our business’s continued growth and innovation. This role sits within our Finance department, with placements in Financial Close, Investment Reporting, and opportunities for rotation across other specialist teams. You’ll work on projects that underpin the organisation’s financial integrity, contribute to decision-making, and drive process improvements.
As part of our structured development pathway, you’ll progress towards full ACCA qualification, gaining exposure to core accounting processes and making a real impact on the business.

About the role
* Support the Finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.
* Undertake accounting tasks to maintain the general ledger and develop a strong understanding of accounting principles.
* Perform reconciliations and data analysis to ensure the integrity of financial records.
* Assist with data planning, sourcing, processing, cleansing, and reporting.
* Contribute to business change projects, balancing day-to-day activities with project work.
* Undertake ad hoc analysis and investigation tasks as required.
About you
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent) and committed to pursuing ACCA qualification. Due to the apprenticeship nature of this programme, we are unable to consider applicants who already hold an accounting or finance-related degree.
* Grades BBB or above at A-level
* Due to apprenticeship funding requirements, applicants must meet residency criteria (e.g., lived and worked in the UK/EEU for the past 3 years).
* Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Proactive approach to learning and personal development, with a clear development plan.
* Adaptable and able to support business change initiatives.
* Awareness of risk management and compliance requirements.
* Professional behaviour and adherence to ethical standards.
