You will be responsible for developing Walmart-specific Go-To-Market analysis and analytics to support business plans that drive strong 5P and digital execution for the Tommee Tippee brand. This includes strategy creation for both brick‑and‑mortar and Walmart.com.</p><h3>Key responsibilities include:</h3><ul><li>Analyzing syndicated data, POS data, shopper insights, and trend data.</li><li>Developing forecasts, promotional stories, and customer updates.</li><li>Understanding Walmart’s replenishment practices and working with the Supply Team.</li><li>Collaborating with analytical support agency / staff in Bentonville, AR.</li><li>Becoming a super user of Walmart data within the organization.</li><li>Growing Market Share, Topline Sales, and Profit for the assigned customer business.</li><li>Maintaining a strong relationship with the customer.</li><li>Develop and manage Walmart Brick & Mortar + E-Commerce strategy.</li><li>Own all Walmart customer/account operations, including support staff.</li><li>Drive Walmart agenda within Mayborn and vice versa.</li><li>Deliver financial and market targets.</li><li>Enhance Walmart relationship across all levels.</li><li>Complete Joint Business Plans to deliver EBITDA and market share targets.</li><li>Serve as first point of contact for Walmart.</li><li>Deliver KPIs for revenue, margin, and contribution.</li><li>Manage full P&L, forecasts, orders, and inventory planning.</li><li>Negotiate trading terms and promotions.</li><li>Increase distribution and visibility of Mayborn products.</li><li>Provide reports, trackers, and contingency plans.</li><li>Partner with Digital Marketing for content and social commerce execution.</li><li>Manage promotional plans and display projects.</li><li>Build relationships across internal departments.</li></ul><h3>What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job:</h3><ul><li>Significant experience working with Walmart in sales & analytical roles</li><li>Proven experience working in consumer goods with increasing responsibility</li><li>Experience with Walmart.com operations and media programming</li><li>Strong forecasting and planning skill</li><li>Fact-based selling and interpersonal skills</li><li>Creative problem-solving</li><li>GTM and 4P analysis experience</li><li>Trade marketing / Category Management or brand management background is a plus</li><li>POS and syndicated data experience (Nielsen or IRI required)</li><li>Expert in Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li></ul></div>
