Title: Delivery Portfolio Lead - Civil Nuclear Account
Salary range: £75,000 to £90,000 per annum
Location: Any Frazer-Nash Office Location.
Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

To support continued growth and uphold our reputation for trusted delivery to one of our largest and most strategic civil nuclear clients, we are seeking a number of Delivery Portfolio Leads.
The Delivery Portfolio Lead holds operational responsibility and leads the delivery governance function for all projects within their portfolio. The Delivery Portfolio Lead provides customer-focussed guidance on technical, project and campaign matters to the Project Managers and Bid Managers in the Capability dimension who are delivering projects and bids within their delegated client-facing portfolio.
The Delivery Portfolio Lead may be asked to provide client specific mentoring and coaching, as well as functionally manage a team of some deployed resource where it is necessary for Capability staff to be assigned at an account level over long periods.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Central Technical Nuclear Services: Nuclear Modelling, Structural Integrity, Project Services, etc.
* Design Authority and Safety Case Development
* Operational and New Build Stations
The portfolio calls upon a broad set of technical skills from our Capability Dimension that combine to meet the delivery requirements for the civil nuclear industry. Currently over 250 active projects are supporting delivery into the portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our delivery to our client and contributing to the advancement of notable projects across the UK's rapidly evolving nuclear landscape.
