Key Responsibilities
6. Database Management: Maintain key databases, ensuring accuracy in price changes, menus, and user roles.
7. System Maintenance: Regularly update and configure operational systems based on business needs.
8. Access Control: Manage user access and permissions to ensure security and compliance.
9. New Site Setup: Configure and deploy systems for new venue openings.
10. Reporting: Collaborate with teams to schedule and analyse business-critical reports.
11. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with both internal teams and vendors.
12. Training & Documentation: Create guides and provide training for teams on system use and troubleshooting.
13. System Integration: Work with IT to ensure systems are integrated for smooth data flow across platforms.
14. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to improve system performance.
15. Operational Support: Offer frontline system support to venue teams and departments.
16. Project Support: Contribute to broader business projects through system analysis and implementation.
17. Scheduled Tasks: Manage routine system updates and reporting schedules.
