Role Overview
* Manage incoming sales enquiries via the inbox.
* Assess market values and develop quotes accordingly.
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Liaise with the US warehouse to coordinate stock and dispatch.
* Maintain clear, professional communication with customers.
* Review and manage customer orders, including changes and concessions.
* Meet team KPIs using CRM systems.
* Contribute to team meetings and maintain compliance with quality standards.
* Support team members and contribute to overall business success.
Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
* Previous B2B sales experience in industrial, automotive, or aerospace sectors.
* Strong understanding of margins, pricing, and part numbers.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
* Experience using CRM platforms and order processing tools.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
