Key Responsibilities
* Setting the branch strategic agenda, ensuring alignment of the different areas of specialisms, based upon customer insights and profiles.
* Translating the WUK corporate strategic objectives into meaningful tactical and operational plans for the branch team to enable the effective deployment of resources and to ensure appropriate commercial activities are undertaken.
* Setting a clear and inspiring direction for the branch team to ensure there is a focus upon improving customer service and maximising the customer experience.
* Managing the branch targets and budgets and drive the branch forward to achieve and exceed targets where possible.
Qualifications
* Previous merchant experience preferably
* Great leadership skills
* Experience of directing and developing a team within a sales environment
* Ability to plan and organise resources
* Commercial acumen and ability to execute commercial plans to deliver profitable results
Full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday‑Friday 7:00‑17:00.
