Insourcing Business Development Lead / Director – NHS (UK-Wide)

We are partnering with a long-established, nationally recognised insourcing provider with deep NHS heritage. They sit in the in the top tier of the UK insourcing market and are now focused on increasing their market share.
The Role
This is a front-end, relationship-led growth role.
You will:
* Reignite and expand existing NHS Trust relationships
* Open new Trust accounts nationally
* Identify operational pressures and shape insourcing solutions
* Position competitively and win contracts
* Work closely with internal bid and delivery teams (you won’t be writing tenders)
This is about being consistently in the room, consistently competitive, and consistently credible.
Who This Will Suit
You are likely:
* Already selling insourcing services into NHS Trusts
* Winning work – not just attending meetings
* Comfortable in clinical / operational conversations
* Able to secure meetings because you are credible and consultative
* Motivated by growth and impact
You understand how NHS insourcing works commercially and operationally. You know how to uncover problems and position solutions.
