In this role you will lead and deliver a comprehensive, on‑site Occupational Health (OH) service, encompassing (but not limited to) health surveillance and biological monitoring, drug and alcohol screening, fitness‑for‑work assessments, case management, and health promotion. This will be conducted in alignment with the OH Centre of Excellence clinical governance frameworks, as well as Kimberly‑Clark (K‑C) global standards, policies, and Mill‑specific strategic objectives.
As an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor you will provide expert OH guidance to the local site Leadership Team on all matters relating to the interaction between employee health and work, utilising evidence‑based clinical practice, alongside sound legal and commercial judgement.
