A little bit about us:

We are a small group, consisting of a Good Food Guide listed pub and MICHELIN guide listed neighbourhood restaurant and bar, in Rye, East Sussex. We are looking to hire across our teams people who have a passion for food and it's provenance.

You'll be part of our small and close-knit team in an enriching working environment that values employee satisfaction and happiness. We maintain an incredibly high standard of quality and service, whilst also expecting you to give your colleagues the same level of care we expect given to our guests.

Over the course of your employment with us you'll be building on the foundations and skillset that you have brought with you by learning and develop under our head chef and senior kitchen team. We expect that you must be willing to share this progress as mutual goal as it is one of the fundamentals of our long-term employment program.
