Job Description
As Stock Manager you support the growth of our online business, ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience and service. You will manage and inspire your team to meet performance targets, handle returns, refunds, and order fulfilment efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store management team with back‑of‑house activities and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an atmosphere of motivation, support, and inspiration for the team.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach to commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
* Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate communication to meet business needs.

* Excellent communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, able to work with people at all levels and remain composed under pressure.
